Experience Rewards

Some additional info. Found a video that confirms that at or around Nov 2010 the experience reward was 297,235,856. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uF8lCk8iND8 (pause around 3:38)

297,235,856 was listed as 30% up to level 201, but according to the Experience Points calculation it is 30% up to level 200. The calculator spits it out as 297,235,855 but I assume that 1 point is just a rounding error. Likewise, 49,539,309 is not 5% up to level 201, it is 5% up to level 200.

The contribution that said the rewards were increased came from Arkalor's Bot on 09:57, April 12, 2014‎. That edit included updated dialog. When the rewards were updated, they were incorrectly left at the old percentages. 445,853,784 is 45% up to level 200, and 74,308,963 is 7.5% up to level 200.
