- A small sheaf of paper, covered with Dericostian runes, recovered from a powerful undead. The runes appear to be cut off, as if most of the message were missing. To use this item, find other pieces.
Notes
- Found on Great Skeletons during the Taste of Twilight event and is now retired.
- Use Tattered Scrap of Paper on Dusty Scrap of Paper to create Partial Dispatch.
- The two notes seem to fit together perfectly, forming a partial message in an ancient language. It appears that some of the message is still missing.
