- To obtain this wand you must first complete the Shadow-touched Virindi Paradox Kill Quest, Shadow-touched Virindi Quidiox Kill Quest, Virindi Paradoxes Kill Quest, and Virindi Quidioxes Kill Quest.
Walk Through
- Combine the Ornate Brass Banding and the Carved Wooden Shaft to make an Uncapped Magic Scepter.

+ - Combine the Uncapped Magic Scepter with the Hardened Blue Crystal to make an Unpowered Magic Scepter. = +
- Finally, combine the Unpowered Magic Scepter with the Barely Comprehensible Magic Scroll to make the Scepter of the Portal Currents.
