Town Crier tells you, "I hear that all over Dereth people are rewarding adventurers who will help them significantly better than they would before."

Town Crier tells you, "I've heard a couple rumors about increased activity around the Gear Knight invasion points."

"I've heard reports that the Arcanum have been up to some excavating lately. I wonder what they're up to."

Town Crier tells you, "I've heard stories from the newest arrivals from Ispar of a strange orb they found when they first arrived. I wonder what that's about."

Town Crier tells you, "It might be worth heading out to Frore again, I hear someone is interested in an item from there."

Town Crier tells you, "The Arcanum has been very interested in a new gem discovered inside of The Orphanage, I'm sure if you got it for them they would reward you nicely for your troubles."

Town Crier tells you, "I've heard rumors from Dereth's newest arrivals from Ispar of a group of people who've dedicated themselves to making it simpler for them to get into the adventurous spirit needed to survive ..."

Town Crier tells you, "Where were these guys when I got here? I could've used some 'adventerous spirit'... Might've become something more than a town crier then..."

Town Crier tells you, "Mairisa bint Fuda is searching out a box with an unknown treasure, I've heard whispers this box may be hidden in Frore."

Town Crier tells you, "My cousin brought me this strange Gear. I have no idea what it's for. Maybe the Arcanum would want it."

Town Crier tells you, "There's a Master Craftsman from the Arcanum who's asking adventurers for help in a "Matter of grave importance". If you're interested, you can find him in Xarabydun."

Town Crier tells you, "There have been several rumors floating around of adventurers finding shattered Mana Forge Keys in the Gear Knight Invasion Area in the Direlands. If you think you could fix one, it may be worth checking out."

I'm surprised Olthoi are even a problem, the last guy I saw killing off Olthoi was so into his work he couldn't stop to say hello."

Ulgrim the Unpleasant tells you, "So, I was in Xarabydun recently, to see if I could sell my plans for a gearcrafted snifter to their Tinkerers, and they wouldn't even meet with me! Can you believe it?! What could be more important than a gearcrafted snifter?"

Updated Quests

• Yaja's Reach Quest - New xp item added.
• Hidden Presents - Due to the glitch last month, the gift boxes will be available from Jan 12th to Jan 25th, all characters can use them, even if used last month.
• Numerous lower level quests have been reused and updated as part of the Facility Hub Quests, a series of quests designed to bring a new character from level 10 to approximately level 50.
• Over 75 quest experience rewards, mostly in the level 1 to 100 range, have been increased. For a full list see the Release Notes.
• Society Tasks now have experience rewards. For a full list see the Release Notes.
• All quests now have Standardized Quest Timers, with the longest timer now being 27 days. The new timers are as follows:

• 1 month = 27 days
• 3 weeks = 20 days
• 2 weeks = 13 days
• 1 week = 6 days
• 3 days = 2 days 20 hours
• 1 day = 20 hours

• Various bug fixes have been put in place for the Castle Mhoire, Ries Woron, and Gift Box quests.

Known Issues

• The Warden NPC for the Black Mire portal in the Hub doesn't flag you to use the portal correctly.

• Spectral Fountain Sip - "You sip the chill spectral water. You dont [sic] feel so good."
• Aun Warden (Haunted Mansion) - "The chittering shreiks [sic] of Mites have long tormented..."
• Warden (Hunter's Leap) - "...that once belonged ot [sic] the great hunter Lilitha."
• Warden (Colier) - "In the dungoen [sic] itself..."
• Glowing Box - "Upon peaking [sic] in this box a bright" description should be "peeking"
