* Found at the bottom of [[Sclavus Tunnels]] after a locked door (700 diff). You can either pick the door or get the [[Reinforced Door Key]] that drops on a specific [[Sclavus Acolyte of T'thuun]] that spawns next to the [[Charred Falatacot Journal]] on that's on the ground not far from the entrance (stick left).
