Overview

This is great quest for newer players, total quest rewards are 60 x Enlightened Coins and 6 x 250m ILT Token of Luminance. This quest can be completed without needing many (any?) custom augmentations.

Walkthrough & Notes

1. Talk to Kinoko in Bashi at 49.4S,62.4e
   • Kinoko tells you, "Ah! A seeker of fortune... or folly? No matter, you've arrived just in time. I require ingredients of... delicate volatility."
   • Kinoko tells you, "There are three mushrooms, rare and unruly things, that bloom only under the strangest of conditions. Guarded by the Thrungus Among Us."
   • Kinoko tells you, "Fetch me these, and you shall be rewarded handsomely. They can be found in the three Thrungus hovels east of town. Now GO! Before they vanish with the moonlight."
   • You've stamped AFungusAmongUs!
2. Then run east to 49.3S,64.5e. Here you will find 3 portals and 3 NPCs. Talk to the three Hunters to obtain three kill tasks
3. Pyro Capped Hunter tells you, "So, you wish to prove your Dedication to terminating the terrible ones? Well then. Track down and slay 100 Pyro Capped Thrungus for me, and I will reward you appropriately."
   • You've stamped KillTaskPyroCappedThrungus!
   • Enter Sporefire Hollow and kill 100 x Pyro Capped Thrungus (Note: These can only be damaged with Missile attacks)
   • Loot a Blazing Mushroom, 4% drop rate
   • You've stamped BlazingMushroomPickup!
   • Return to the Pyro Capped Hunter for your rewards:
   • Pyro Capped Hunter tells you, "Excellent work, friend! You have slain many of the Pyro Capped Thungus! Allow me to reward you!"
   • Pyro Capped Hunter give you 10 Enlightened Coins
   • Pyro Capped Hunter give you ILT Token of Luminance
   • You've stamped KillTaskPyroCappedThrungusWait!
4. Caustic Hunter tells you, "So, you wish to prove your Dedication to terminating the terrible ones? Well then. Track down and slay 100 Caustic Thrungus for me, and I will reward you appropriately."

   • Enter Caustic Undergrove and kill 100 x Caustic Thrungus (Note: These can only be damaged with Magic attacks)
   • Loot a Neon Mushroom, 4% drop rate

   • Caustic Hunter tells you, "Excellent work, friend! You have slain many of the Pyro Capped Thungus! Allow me to reward you!"

5. Glacial Spored Hunter tells you, "So, you wish to prove your Dedication to terminating the terrible ones? Well then. Track down and slay 100 Glacial Spored Thrungus for me, and I will reward you appropriately."

   • Enter Frostbloom Caverns and kill 100 x Glacial Spored Thrungus (Note: These can only be damaged with Melee attacks)
   • Loot a Shimmering Mushroom, 4% drop rate

   • Return to the Glacial Spored Hunter for your rewards:
   • Glacial Spored Hunter tells you, "Excellent work, friend! You have slain many of the Pyro Capped Thungus! Allow me to reward you!"

   • Glacial Spored Hunter give you ILT Token of Luminance

6. Return to Kinoko in Bashi at 49.4S,62.4e, and hand him the three mushrooms.
   • You found one! These are quite delicious. Spicy, but not too spicy. Ill use this in a soup!
