- Found on the loot of a Banderling Captain at the end of the Alfreth Dungeon.
- To access of area of the dungeon where the captain is found you need lockpick skill or Zalphoos' Key.
- Use to open a door (lockpick resistance 583) in the Sylsfear Dungeon that leads to the area with the Laboratory Supply Chest.
